Your headline is the entry point from Facebook—where everyone is—to your site—where not everyone is. We’ll teach you to write headlines that will make people actually click on them from Facebook and go to your actual website. Whatever you are doing now probably isn’t getting a lot of clicks, and we can help you fix that. Bring a piece of content you want to work on.

Victoria Fine

Victoria Fine is the managing editor at Upworthy, a very quickly growing media company that helps meaningful content go viral. Upworthy tries make important, world-changing ideas as fun to share as some dude surfing off his roof. Sometimes it works.

Victoria also runs The Tiziano Project, which teaches people in under-represented regions multimedia storytelling skills to help them tell true stories from their own points of view. Because of this, she’s pretty good at fixing wonky computer problems, MacGyver-style.

Her work has received top honors from the ONAs, the Gracies, SXSW, the Webbys and Adobe, among others. She won three Webbys for her work with Counterspill.org, an interactive project that looks at the continued impact of fossil fuel disasters on communities.

Before doing all that, she was a founding and managing editor of the Impact & Education sections of The Huffington Post and sporadically teaches journalism at USC.

Adam Mordecai

I get paid to find snarky things that matter from the interwebs and share them with you. I think that is awesome. I also think the media needs to remember how to do its job. And that Jon Stewart is some sort of oracle. You can find me on Twitter, subscribe to my stuff on Facebook, and read my long winded ranting on Quora.
