Staying connected as a movement has never been more important. With protests nationwide following the unjust murders of George Floyd, Breona Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and others; COVID-19 infection rates and economic hardship still surging; and a critical election looming, progressive change can’t wait. That’s why we’re sharing this special message from Sen. Elizabeth Warren about Netroots Nation 2020.
COVID-19 may keep us from meeting in person this year, but it won’t stop us from organizing, connecting and strategizing virtually this August.
Over three days, we’ll meet online for inspiring keynotes and panels, training sessions, and opportunities to dig into issues like economic recovery, the upcoming elections, protecting Black lives and criminal justice reform. With the election of our lives just around the corner, Netroots Nation will be a critical opportunity to strategize about how to win up and down the ballot—and how to enact change once we win.
Our virtual event platform allows us to host about 150 hours of live interactive content. And for the first time ever, you’ll be able to watch all of the sessions after the event is over.
In addition to our breakout sessions and keynotes, we’ll host opportunities for you to collaborate and socialize via virtual coffee meetups, happy hours, morning yoga sessions and more.
