Twitter is an essential piece of most organizations’ online strategy. Your Twitter presence should be driven by strategic goals–or else you’ll end up in a giant time suck or just talking to yourself. This training will get you up to speed on Twitter best practices while helping you use the platform to meet your goals as an organizer or communicator. This training is for anyone who already has a Twitter account and has an agenda to make the world a better place.
