Group decisions are infinitely more powerful, yet difficult to create. Our job as community organizers and leaders is to create and curate groups that will take action together to create change. A good story helps people learn and remember and also motivates them. In this training, we’ll discuss the power of story to capture hearts and minds and how those stories can help us recruit and motivate others to act. We’ll also discuss how to record and bank the stories of your leaders and our movement.
