Many are still grappling the revelations stemming from Cambridge Analytica and the Internet Research Group’s nefarious activities online. Yet that’s now yesterday’s news—what fresh nightmares await us that are already emerging from the dark web? This training session will educate you beyond Black Mirror to understand the latest in research and trends so that you can begin to prepare for new manipulative techniques that use cutting edge artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to erode our shared concept of news and reality. We’ll cover topics like DeepFake, political botnets, automated laser phishing and more. You’ll leave this session armed with suggestions on how we can begin to fight back.
