Sustaining a life in the movement is hard. Whether it’s finding a job in the first place, fighting the perils of impostor syndrome, staving off burnout or figuring out how to stay involved while paying off loans and bills, we’re faced with challenges at every turn. Veteran strategists and trainers Jay Carmona and John Brougher have worked in the movement for years now, through a variety of campaign, nonprofit and organizational positions. Jay and John will walk through techniques on how to be an effective political operative while also navigating a long-term professional and personal life in the movement.
