We spend a lot of time talking about experiments that worked, but what about everything that failed epically? We spend almost no time sharing what we learned from the things that did not work. We can learn so much from our failures. Let’s gather as many organizers as possible, break off into groups by topic (SMS, email, field, fundraising, etc) and talk about what failed, epically. This will ensure that your fellow organizers do not spend their time and money on tactics you already know won’t produce results. Awards will be provided to those with the most epic failures.
