Tatiana Perkins is the Manager for the Patient Advocacy Programs, under the Federal Campaigns, Training, and Patient Advocacy team. She has been at PPFA/PPAF since 2019, leading the national office’s storytelling work by developing trainings and building up patient advocate leaders. She is a staunch advocate for our patients; centering care and healing through storytelling, emphasizing cybersecurity best practices and ethical storytelling for all volunteer spokespeople. She is a mixed Indigenous American (Tlingit) and Black queer survivor, organizer, and storyteller who wants all prisons abolished and abortion to be free and accessible. She has been with Planned Parenthood in many capacities since 2013, in education, campus organizing, volunteer leading, a former national office intern, and storytelling. Previously, she was the Deputy Finance Director for Congresswoman Jayapal's re-election campaign in 2018. She graduated from the University of Washington with a double major in Law, Societies, and Justice and honors Political Science.
