In 2011-2012 the American Association of Political Consultants named Sarah “Most Valuable Player” for leading the defeat of Mississippi’s “personhood” initiative, and in helping run Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s / Planned Parenthood Votes’ political operation. She also led the firm’s successful efforts to return the Colorado House to Democratic control and Minnesota’s historic defeats of proposed Constitutional Amendments requiring voter ID and fully banning marriage equality.
