A community college student from Southern CA, Juniper is a grassroots activist focusing on intersectional work concerning queer/trans, low/no-income and people of color communities. Over the past years, she has advocated for the inclusion of trans and gender nonconforming youth of color to remain at the table of discussion regarding policy changing and organizing. As a non-binary trans womyn of color, Juniper will major in political science at UC Berkeley, directing her career path into governmental office. She is the current Trans Youth Justice Organizer at the Genders & Sexualities Alliance, leading the TRUTH Project.
