Bill Wong is a political strategist and expert in legislative strategy with over 25 years of experience. Bill played a key role in the effort to pass legislation to put a critical $7.5 billion water bond on the California ballot in 2014 that will fund the preservation of coasts and wetlands while providing clean drinking water to disadvantaged communities.
