Planning to attend Netroots Nation? Here are a few tips to help you plan your trip.

Book your hotel

All official convention events will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. We’ll have more information about our hotel block and how to book soon.

When to arrive

Sessions begin Thursday, July 11, at 9 a.m. To catch all the action, we recommend arriving Wednesday, July 10, and departing Sunday, July 14. If you’re in town early, the registration desk will be open Wednesday afternoon for you to pick up your credential. Otherwise, you can check in Thursday starting at 8 a.m.

Plan your weekend

You can plan your weekend in advance with our online agenda and mobile app, which will be available about a month before the convention begins. You’ll also receive a program and printed schedule grid once you arrive. You can use these resources to browse the agenda and mark which sessions you might want to attend.
