Randy Parraz is a community organizer, social entrepreneur, and founder of various organizations. Randy has over 20 years of experience in building power and mobilizing for change. Randy has taught social change courses at UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC Irvine, Arizona State University, and California State University Fullerton. In February 2016, Randy began his new and current position as the National Director for the United Food and Commercial Workers’ Making Change at Walmart Campaign (MC@W). MC@W remains committed to the work of engaging Walmart workers and allies to expose and highlight Walmart’s abuse, mistreatment, intimidation and harassment of its workers. Randy is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law.
