Carolyn Fiddler is Communications and Strategic Response Specialist for the American Federation of Teachers. Prior to joining AFT in April of 2012, Carolyn spent two years as the Communications Director for the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee and was previously Director of External Affairs at Media Matters for America. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in international relations, European studies, and political science, and she received her JD from the College of William & Mary. Prior to law school, she was the Democratic Party of Virginia’s Communications Director and a Deputy Clerk at the Henrico County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. Also, she loves comic books.
