DNC & Obama for America: The Message - Talking to Your Neighbors
Presented by Keith Goodman, Chris Hughes & Parag Mehta
Direct contact with your neighbors is one of the most powerful ways grow support for a candidate. In this workshop you will learn how to use “Neighbor to Neighbor,” an online tool that gives volunteers the resources to canvass effectively in their own neighborhoods. You will also learn effective techniques to get your message across to voters in your community.

In 2004 he was the Deputy Political Director for America Votes, a coalition of the largest progressive groups in the country. Parag was a Deputy Political Director on Governor Howard Dean’s presidential campaign and served as Deputy Field Director for Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk's U.S. Senate race. He worked as a speechwriter for the White House Initiative on AAPIs from 2000-2002. Parag holds degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
