CREDO and Netroots Nation reserve the right to discard any entries that are not submitted in the format or time period specified above. - A prize winner who resides in a location without CREDO Mobile network coverage will not be eligible to receive the smartphone and year’s service, but may choose an alternate prize of a $1,000 directed donation from CREDO to their favorite 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The choice of recipient organization is subject to final approval by CREDO, and CREDO reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject a selected organization. If CREDO rejects a proposed organization we will ask the winner to recommend an alternative
- Winners need not be present at (or registered attendees of) the Netroots Nation conference to win.
- Winner will be notified by electronic mail. Failure to respond to the notification within five (5) business days or return of the notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Prizes are not transferable.
- Employees of CREDO Mobile and Netroots Nation, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to win.
