Many of the construction projects in California aren’t just renewables, but also renew the lives of the workers building them and put them on a path towards the middle class. Listen to six workers tell their incredible first-hand stories of how working on renewables projects transformed their lives.

This event features a discussion on the training, career growth and family-supporting opportunities that workers receive while working on these types of projects. The discussion will feature video vignettes of workers telling how skills training opened the door to opportunity, renewing their lives.
